For more than a decade, I've coached CEOs and executive leaders through the moments that define their leadership. I know this territory from the inside. Before executive coaching, I served as a corporate officer and HR executive inside growth stage and public companies. I was at the table for the decisions that shape a company's future, and the ones that establish the leader. What I bring is this: years spent advising CEOs and watching how executive leaders move through pressure showed me the many individual ways success can be achieved. My collective business experience enables me to quickly understand the context of executive leaders. I have a clear and concise approach that enables me to establish rapport and strategize with executive leaders on their most impactful next steps.
