Finding a coach at this level on your own is a research project: sourcing candidates, checking credentials, figuring out who works with leaders at your level, setting up calls. Most people mean to do it and never get to it. We've already done it for you.

Every coach is proven.
Coaches hold either an ICF (International Coaching Federation) credential or an equivalent accredited credential. ICF is the most widely recognized standard in the industry. It requires an independent skills assessment and an enforceable code of ethics. We check every credential before a coach joins our roster.

Pick one to start with and book your first 30-minute Match Session for $250 down — credited toward your plan if you continue. If it's not the right fit, pick one of your other two matches for a second Match Session.

Meet two coaches first
Two Match Sessions, then you decide.
$250 covers two 30-minute Match Sessions with the coaches of your choice. If you go on to choose a plan, we'll apply a $250 credit to your package.
We pay your coaches for their time, so the $250 isn't refundable. You're paying two professionals for their time rather than a booking fee.
Between sessions
Access real-time support from your coach.
On the Recalibrate and Reinvent plans, you can reach your coach by text or email for the length of your plan.
You're 10 minutes from walking into a high-stakes negotiation. A quick text to your coach gets you a grounding reminder and one thing to focus on.

COACHING, Powered by CHIEF is open to anyone. Chief also runs a membership community for senior executives, with peer groups, events, and clubhouses. Membership includes coaching.
