Yes, Chief membership can be deeply relevant even if you’re not currently in a corporate or C-Suite role. What matters most is your experience and leadership tenure, not your current title. Many of our members lead non-linear careers — consulting, building something new, or pausing to chart what’s next. Chief is designed for senior women leaders with significant experience who want to connect with peers at a similar level and continue to grow their impact, wherever they are in their journey.
