Corean Canty has spent 20+ years at the intersection of communications, operations, people, and culture. She’s built and led organizations from the inside. Led P&Ls, built enterprise operating systems, partnered with founders, coached executives, and designed team experiences that strengthen connection and adaptability. The throughline in all of it has been story. As a 2x TEDx speaker and official TEDx speaker coach who has guided dozens of speakers onto that stage, she brings both the ideas and the practical tools to help people and organizations find their voice and use it. Today, she serves as Chief Operating Officer of Nashville Public Radio.
