Alison Fragale

Alison Fragale, Ph.D., is the Mary Farley Ames Lee Distinguished Scholar of Organizational Behavior at UNC Chapel Hill Kenan-Flagler Business School. A research psychologist, award-winning professor, and keynote speaker, she helps women use behavioral science to work and live better. Her scholarship appears in top academic journals and outlets like The Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, and Financial Times.
