Built for today's multihyphenate, senior woman leader, the reimagined Chief experience recognizes that leadership isn’t a straight path — it’s a journey with many chapters.
Chief is now designed to evolve as our members evolve, connecting them to the community, coaching, and opportunities that help them lead on their own terms.
This article highlights what’s new as part of the recently announced Chief Catalyst membership plan. If you have questions about your membership or want to deep-dive into what the recent changes mean for you, our Concierge team is here to help. Overview of the New Experience
The new Chief experience is more personalized, connected, and valuable than ever. Starting with our redesigned Core experience — now tailored to four distinct leadership journeys — you can choose the path or coaching option that best fits your goals. With expanded Clubhouse access, dedicated community support, and premium benefits like Wharton courses and the Hogan Assessment now included in your membership, Chief offers more ways than ever to grow, connect, and lead on your own terms.
The NEW Core Experience (Launching January 2026):
We are keeping the parts of Core you love — strong connections with peers and access to an expert facilitator — but layering on a new hyper-relevance with four segmented journeys, based on your top professional goals.

How is the actual experience changing?
Based on member feedback, we have made two strategic changes:
- Six-meeting cadence: We understand that many members don’t have the time to commit to the current 10-session cadence and are seeking more impact per individual session. By decreasing the number of sessions per year and introducing content that is rooted in tangible outcomes, Core Guides will be able to deliver a deeper, more impactful experience on a schedule that makes the most of your time. Plus, we are introducing 3–4 optional programming moments between meetings — such as case study debates and skill-enhancing labs — where you can connect with members from other Core Groups who are on your same journey.
- Larger group sizes: We also heard that members want the opportunity to build more curated connections, so we are slightly increasing Core Group sizes. C-Suite and Executive Leader journeys will have 10–12 members per group, and Builder and Navigator journeys will have 15–20 members.
How will Core Group formation change?
Core Group formation will now primarily be based on journeys and career goals. However, we will be further curating groups based on professional level, life stage, and company size.
Do I need to participate in the new Core experience?
We highly encourage all Core members to participate in the new experience. The topics and formats have been intentionally designed to maximize the value of Core and provide tailored opportunities for connection and tangible growth. That said, we recognize that members may be happy in their current Core group, and they are welcome to remain as-is.
If you have specific questions about your Core Group or membership, please reach out to our Concierge team at [email protected].
The NEW Coaching Experience
How is the actual experience changing?
We heard from members that eight coaching sessions were difficult to schedule within one year, so, our default option is now four sessions. With fewer sessions, Chief Coaches will be able to deliver deeper, more outcomes-driven experiences on a schedule that makes the most of your time.
Can I add more coaching sessions if needed?
Yes, with our four-pack coaching accelerator, you can add more coaching sessions as-needed. For more information about this option, please reach out to our Concierge team at [email protected].
