Celebrating Dolores Huerta

Selected by Chief's Hispanic/Latinx Collective (our version of ERGs), this year's Hispanic/Latinx Heritage Month lapel pin honors Dolores Huerta, the ultimate Jefa — legendary labor leader, civil rights activist, and co-founder of the United Farm Workers.

For more than six decades, Dolores Huerta has dedicated her life to advancing workers' rights, expanding opportunity, and advocating for historically marginalized communities. Through her unwavering commitment to justice, authentic leadership, and collective action, she has inspired generations to lead with courage and create lasting change. In recent years, her decision to publicly share her experience as a survivor has further reflected the authenticity and resilience that have defined her leadership. As Huerta reminds us, "Every moment is an organizing opportunity, every person a potential activist, every minute a chance to change the world."

Members, collect your pin during our Clubhouse cocktail hours and at select community events across the country.

About Our Partners

This year, we’re expanding our Hispanic/Latinx Heritage Month celebrations thanks to our partners at Nopalera.

Founded by our Hispanic/Latinx Heritage Month Virtual speaker, Sandra Velasquez, Nopalera is a modern Mexican fragrance and body care brand that transforms the botanicals of Mexico into everyday moments of self-care.

Throughout October, members visiting our Clubhouses will be able to experience Nopalera’s hand soaps and scent rituals. Plus, at each Heritage Month cocktail hour, they’ll have the opportunity to win a full scent ritual and access an exclusive discount code.
