Gillian Rogers

Senior Director of Product Marketing and Product Strategy, UKG

Gillian Rogers is a Senior Director of Product Marketing and Product Strategy at UKG, where she leads strategy and market positioning for the company’s HR and Payroll portfolio. She works across Product, Marketing, Sales, and executive leadership to connect product vision, AI innovation, and commercialization to clear customer and business outcomes.

With a background spanning finance, market strategy, competitive intelligence, and pricing and packaging, Gillian brings an analytical approach to complex challenges and a storyteller’s instinct for making them clear. She helps organizations move from strategy to execution, with a particular focus on turning emerging AI capabilities into practical experiences that improve how work gets done. Gillian studied literature, which continues to shape her interest in how narrative creates clarity and drives action.
