We want to express our sincere gratitude to our UK members for investing their valuable time in Chief. It has been a privilege to be part of their leadership journey.
At the end of 2022, we responded to market demand and entered the UK. But after taking a critical look at where the vast majority of our members are located and where we needed to dedicate resources, we made the extremely difficult decision to exit our UK operation effective 31 March 2024.

FAQs
Yes, we are issuing full or partial refunds depending on the length of membership, including the months left on your membership and the extensions we granted to certain cohorts:

We will be issuing refunds within two weeks of 31 March 2024 if we have your credit card or bank information on file. If we do not have your CC or bank information on file by 31 March 2024, we will issue the refund within two weeks of when we receive this information.
If your membership was sponsored by your employer, we will issue the refund to your employer within two weeks of 31 March 2024.
We explored options but after taking a critical look at where we need to strategically focus this year, we made the extremely difficult decision to wind down our operations in the UK to focus on our U.S. business where 95% of our members are based.
If you share your credit card or bank information, we can issue a refund within two weeks.
If you choose to suspend your membership, you will no longer have access to Chief services or the UK Clubhouse. We can process your refund within two weeks of receiving your CC or bank information.
All current Core Groups will continue to meet as planned until we wind down our operations on 31 March 2024. Members who joined in January 2024 will not be assigned a Core Group as December 2023 was our last cohort. These members will receive a full refund. Finally, we will continue to address Core transition requests through the end of January 2024.
We know our members made incredible connections and friendships in Core so our hope is that they continue to stay in touch.

All our membership services including events in our London clubhouse, Core Groups, and digital programming will continue as planned until 31 March 2024. You can see a full list of upcoming UK programming to date here with more events planned in the coming weeks. Additionally, all our members in the UK will be able to access our U.S. clubhouses through 31 December 2024.
While you will have continued access to use the spaces at our U.S. clubhouses through 31 December 2024 this access will not include Chief-hosted events. You will be able to reserve private meeting rooms at the U.S. clubhouses at the member rate for an incremental cost.
