My passion for coaching developed throughout a 20-year international career in sales leadership, strategy and business development in advertising and media publishing, which brought me to NYC from London 14 years ago. During this time, I led global teams, representing and servicing Fortune 100 companies and international businesses. I chose to build on my passion for connecting with people and supporting their success by transitioning into coaching 8 years ago. Today, I am an ICF Professional Certified Coach, for high achievers and emerging leaders, through to C-suite execs. My firsthand experience and expertise in Energy Leadership, transitions and the science of happiness, create a human-centered coaching environment where my clients feel heard, challenged and supported. I help them to zoom out, gain clarity, explore new perspectives and identify opportunities to take action. Together, we work to navigate challenges, embrace change and progress towards their goals with confidence.
