After serving in F100 in many corporate executive roles and dealing with the many challenges leaders faced, I decided to do what I liked best about that work as a leader and that was helping people solve problems, identify choices, do the right thing, and create a career that of their choosing.
After training and certification as an executive coach, I focused my work on helping navigate change while maintaining dignity and their confidence in the process. Along with using well respected coaching frameworks, I also on fostering hope and faith in my clients as they grow as leaders. I also join with them to identify some of the inherent humor happens along their journey. I am there when they face headwinds and love celebrating their progress and wins. Lastly, I am grateful to do work that enables to make a positive difference.
