My journey into coaching is rooted in my own life experiences. Immigrating from Peru to the United States alone at 17 taught me resilience, adaptability, and the importance of knowing who you are through change.
With an MBA, over 6,000 coaching hours, and an ICF PCC credential, I've had the privilege of coaching executives across industries, including through Chief and global leadership development organizations.
My approach centers on leadership identity. I help leaders move beyond the pressure to prove themselves, trust their own judgment, and lead with confidence and authenticity.
I believe leadership isn't about becoming someone else. It's about having the courage to lead as who you truly are.
