In 2005, I surveyed 300 executives in Belgium for my Master’s thesis on what makes them trust an executive coach, years before I imagined becoming one.
More than a decade in market research and strategy at PwC, VMLY&R and M&C Saatchi taught me to spot patterns and turn insight into action. As a Columbia-certified coach, I’ve since worked with more than 300 leaders, including five years with Chief members individually and in groups.
I’ve never fit neatly into one mold: two languages at home, business school then musical theatre school, violin with orchestras in six countries. So I’m drawn to leaders who don’t fit one either.
My work starts with who someone is being right now: how they show up in a decision, a role or a relationship. The stories that got them here have often served them well; the question is whether they serve what comes next. I bring warmth and direct challenge, without deciding for them where it should lead.
