Kick off SXSW at The Chief Suite, a welcoming home base designed for meaningful connection, powerful conversation, and intentional leadership moments.
Day 1 begins with Breakfast & Networking to gather, refuel, and ease into the week alongside fellow senior leaders. Throughout the day, the Suite will feature can’t-miss programming, including a Power Seat conversation with leaders shaping what’s next.
Between sessions, the Suite remains open during Open Hours—a space to recharge, connect, or introduce a colleague to the Chief experience.

This reception is a moment to step out of SXSW’s noise and into a space that feels distinctly Chief. Where relationships deepen, introductions spark, and the energy carries you into the week ahead.

Join us for Breakfast & Networking to reconnect with fellow leaders and continue conversations sparked the day before. From there, dive into an Action-Based Workshop designed to move beyond theory offering practical tools, guided reflection, and real-time collaboration you can apply immediately in your leadership and career.
The day also features a Power Seat conversation, where senior leaders share candid perspectives on navigating complexity, making bold decisions, and leading with intention in moments that matter most.

Is The Chief Suite open to non-Chief members?
Yes. The Chief Suite is open to both Chief members and non-members. Non-members will have opportunities to learn more about the Chief experience while attending.
There will be a member-exclusive reception, only open to members and their plus ones.
Do I need a SXSW badge to attend?
Yes. Attendance at The Chief Suite requires registration. A valid SXSW badge is required for most guests; however, we will have flexibility for Chief members. Additional details will be shared with registered attendees.
What kind of programming can I expect?
Programming at The Chief Suite is designed to be dynamic and flexible, giving you multiple ways to engage throughout the day.
Across the two days, you can expect a mix of morning breakfasts and networking, Power Seat conversations, panels, interactive workshops, and facilitated power networking moments.
The Chief Suite will also feature open hours for connection and dropping in between SXSW sessions.
There will be a member-exclusive reception, only open to members and their plus ones.
Will speakers be announced in advance?
Yes. Speakers will be announced closer to the event. Registering early ensures you receive updates as programming is revealed.
