The Framework: Two Truths and a Lifeline
Each person will share:

Two Truths: Two professional skills, areas of expertise, or organizational milestones you have completely mastered (and love advising others on).

One Lifeline: One current strategic hurdle, project, or career goal you are facing right now where you could use a fresh perspective.

The Table’s Job: Listen closely for how your "truths" naturally solve the "lifelines" sitting right next to you.
