On the call, we’ll spend time getting to know your goals and share more about how Chief can help you achieve them. We will also have plenty of time for questions.

What does Chief membership include?

Chief is the only membership network for senior women leaders that offers a vetted community, 1:1 and peer group coaching, exclusive Clubhouses, executive education from the Wharton School of Business, and more.

Does Chief have a waitlist?

No, Chief previously had a waitlist, but we’ve since moved to an application-based model. Applicants are reviewed against our membership criteria. If you qualify, we reach out to schedule a 30-minute call, typically within a few business days.

Is a Chief membership relevant for me if I am not currently in a corporate or C-Suite role?

Yes, Chief is for founders, solopreneurs, and consultants, not just corporate executives. What matters most is your leadership experience and tenure, not your current title. Members include women running their own companies, working independently, or between roles, alongside those in traditional corporate and C-Suite positions. Chief connects senior women leaders at a similar level of experience, wherever their ambition takes them.

Can my employer sponsor my Chief membership?

Yes, more than 60% of Chief Members are sponsored by their companies. Our team can offer resources and templates for starting the conversation with your employer.

If I know someone who would be a great fit for Chief, how can I submit a nomination?

We welcome nominations for new Chief Members. Please take a moment to review our membership criteria and then submit a nomination. We evaluate nominees using the same criteria as direct applicants.
