The Human Edge: Advanced Negotiation for the Age of AI with Alex Carter
What to Expect
AI is reshaping roles, eliminating others, and asking leaders to deliver more with less. It's also changing how value gets measured. Your greatest advantage may be the strengths AI can't replace: trust, relationships, judgment, and influence. This workshop turns them into a negotiation style that gets results.
In this 6-hour, in-person session, you will:
- Frame your value so others see your contribution, not just your output
- Put trust, relationships, judgment, and influence to work as AI reshapes the workplace
- Spot and shape negotiation dynamics early
- Work through a live, high-stakes negotiation scenario
- Take the hot seat for real-time, personalized coaching from Alex
- Leave with a negotiation style that delivers
