Executive Advisory

The Core peer group experience, for leaders who want to gain a personal board of advisors.


Navigate leadership challenges alongside a handpicked group of 8–12 peers who meet regularly, fostering accountability and collective wisdom. Groups are led by top-tier facilitators, also known as Core Guides.


Schedule
Peer groups meet every 5–6 weeks for 1.5 hours, taking member scheduling preferences into account.


Upgrade
For those who are also interested in individual advisory, we offer Core Premium, which includes the peer group experience plus two one-on-one sessions with your Core Guide.


Starting at $5,900

Executive Coaching

Individual guidance, for leaders who want to work one-on-one with an executive coach.


Problem-solve a specific leadership challenge or hone a new skill, working with a coach who matches your goals.


Schedule
Sessions can be purchased in packs of four or eight, depending on your goals, and include initial chemistry sessions to confirm you’re matched with the right coach. You'll meet based on your availability.


Starting at $7,500 for four sessions

Executive Education

A series of three multi-part courses (a total of nine sessions), for leaders who want to enhance their foundational skills.


Strengthen your essential competencies through live, structured workshops led by world-renowned business academics.


Schedule
There will be one three-session course available per quarter. Sessions will take place bi-weekly in 1–1.5-hour blocks.

FAQs

  • Will my annual membership fee change?

    Your membership fee will not change, unless you switch to a new membership package.

  • Where can I find additional information about the pricing of each of the new membership packages?

    For additional information on pricing, please reach out to our Concierge team at [email protected]. We will also cover additional details about each of the membership packages during our upcoming information session on June 25. RSVP >

  • Can I switch my membership plan or purchase an add-on at any time during my membership?

    If you are in the Executive Advisory or Executive Education packages, you can switch your plan at any time during your membership. However, when you switch, you will have to start a new membership term and credit the balance of your current term to the new one. Members in an Executive Coaching package can only switch membership plans at renewal.

  • Is there separate pricing for C-Suite members?

    As part of our transition from one to three membership packages, we've adjusted our pricing to align with each of these services. Pricing for Executive Education and Executive Advisory start at $5,900 for all levels. We no longer have separate pricing based on a member's title. However, for the Core experience, C-Suite members will still be in groups with other C-level peers.

  • How will the new membership packages impact members included in Enterprise Partnerships?

    Enterprise C-Suite members in Core will have the option to opt into the Core Premium membership package. All other Enterprise members will remain in their current membership package and will have the opportunity to switch upon their company’s renewal date.

  • If I am on a Chief grant, how will these changes affect my membership?

    Unless you switch to a different membership package, these changes will not affect your membership. If you would like more information about switching to a different package, please reach out to our Concierge team at [email protected].

  • Will there be any changes to the Core Group matching process?

    There will not be any changes to the Core Group formation criteria. Our team carefully matches professional peers based on various factors including level of responsibility and career experience, ensuring a mix of functions and industries.

  • Can we still reach out to Member Experience? How is Concierge different?

    From onboarding and through your entire membership term, the Chief Concierge team — formerly known as Member Experience — is there to guide you to services across the Chief community that are most relevant to you and your goals. You can reach out to the Concierge team by emailing [email protected] or book a call directly on the Help & Support page in the Chief app.

  • How many Executive Education courses are offered each year?

    A new three-part Executive Education course will be launched every quarter, with sessions incorporating both instruction from renowned business academics and breakout discussions with your peers. The first course — led by Alexandra Carter, Columbia Law professor and mediation expert — will launch on September 16, closely followed by a course on impact investing with Arlan Hamilton, founder and managing partner of Backstage Capital.   • When will the complimentary Executive Education course begin?

    Our first Executive Education course will launch on September 16. However, you can apply your complimentary course to any of the course options during your membership term. Information about upcoming courses will be shared later this summer.

  • I’d like to attend a Professional Chapter event. In which cities are they available?

    Professional Chapter events will take place in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami, New York City, San Francisco, and Washington, D.C. Beginning in July, we will also be offering virtual Chapter events, for members who are not able to attend in-person. See the full lineup for June and July >

  • Will the add-ons expire at the end of each membership term?

    Any purchased add-ons will expire at the end of your membership year, except for Clubhouse Access which will renew automatically.
