And I think that's a growing piece: builders, solopreneurs, even fractionals. For women that are fractional CFOs, fractional COOs, they still keep proximity to power, because they are clipping in with CEOs. The changing economy has made their career progression less reliable. And the thing I love about that is, [they’re thinking] OK, then what am I going to do about it?
