Thank you for welcoming me with open arms to Chief. It's been an incredibly fulfilling few weeks as I’ve settled into my new role. I’ve had hundreds of conversations that speak to the power and potential of our community and I’m excited for many more to come as I continue connecting with you.
I recognize—and take seriously—that you’re making an investment with us. It’s our responsibility to ensure that your investment always delivers real, tangible value for you as a business leader.
With that in mind, I want to share what we heard and how we’re responding to feedback you shared in the survey we sent a few weeks ago. There’s much more to come as we continue innovating across the experience. This is just the start.
Before diving into the details, I wanted to share a few words on the power and potential of Chief — and our ongoing work to maximize your membership — from my recent virtual meet and greet with members in late March.

We heard how much you crave in-person events and want even more. To start, we’re excited to expand ChiefX to 9 cities —Atlanta, Dallas, Boston, Chicago, Miami, NYC, Washington, DC, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. We’re also planning conversations with communities in our largest non-clubhouse markets to discuss how we can tailor the experience to better serve your needs.
